The Symphony Suite gives blood centers the optimum combination of functionality and flexibility with the ability to accommodate and anticipate increasingly stringent regulatory requirements while delivering an ongoing return on the blood center's information systems investment.

Prelude, the first module of Haemonetics' Symphony Suite of products, contains an automated self-administered donor interview which will revolutionize the blood donation process.

Interlude is Haemonetics' next generation component manufacturing, labeling, inventory, order entry and distribution system. Using the core functionality of its predecessor, Haemonetics applied a User Experience Design (UXD) methodology to create a more efficient and intuitive user interface.

Overture, a Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) module, will provide the functionality required to manage donors, campaigns, blood drives, sponsors, and equipment. In addition, Overture includes a web based donor portal along with a customized list generator and telerecruitment modules.

Development plans for future modules of Symphony include component manufacturing and distribution; quality control; reflex laboratory; and executive reporting.
